Description
Deliciously chewy cookies combining the rich flavor of Oreos and the colorful fun of M&M’s, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 & 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat mat.
- Cream together the slightly softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using a spatula.
- Add in the vanilla extract and egg, mixing until everything is smooth and well incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the Valentine’s Day M&M’s and chopped Oreo pieces.
- Scoop out the cookie dough to form 10 equal cookies using a large cookie scooper.
- Place the scoops on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes.
- Shape the cookies using a larger cookie cutter right after they come out of the oven.
- Let them cool on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
