  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin (optional, for thickening)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and bake the pie crust according to package instructions. Let it cool.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, then mix it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Stir in the coconut milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form, then fold it into the chocolate mixture.
