- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (optional, for drizzle)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for drizzle)
- 1 tablespoon milk (optional, for drizzle)
Instructions
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Combine both mixtures and stir until just combined.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet, then swirl a teaspoon of the cinnamon sugar mixture into the batter.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth for a drizzle.
- Drizzle over pancakes before serving.
Notes
Do not overmix the batter. Use medium heat for even cooking, and warm the cream cheese slightly if very firm.
