Instructions
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Peel and slice the avocado.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a layer of cottage cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
- Add the mashed avocado on top of the cottage cheese.
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs and place them on top of the avocado.
