Description
A refreshing and creamy drink combining bright lime flavor with sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients

- 6 small limes, washed and quartered (keep the peel)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (about 1 small can, 14 oz)
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Cut each lime into quarters. Remove any seeds you see.
- Put half the limes (3) in a blender with 2 cups cold water and half the sugar.
- Pulse the blender 3 to 4 short times. Do not blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove pulp and peel pieces.
- Repeat steps 2–4 with the remaining limes, 2 cups water, and remaining sugar.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Add ice to the pitcher or to individual glasses.
- Serve cold. Taste and add a little more sugar or condensed milk if you want it sweeter.
Notes
For best flavor, serve immediately after mixing. Store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
