Description

A delightful and refreshing creamy fruit salad, perfect for warm days and gatherings, packed with vitamins and flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all of the whole fruit. If using canned fruit, drain the can of pineapple.
  2. Cut the apples and strawberries into chunks. You can slice the grapes in half, but this step is optional.
  3. Add all ingredients to a large glass bowl.
  4. Mix gently until all of the fruit is fully coated with the yogurt.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid. Store it in the fridge for 180 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled.

Best enjoyed within the first day for maximum freshness and flavor. Choose ripe fruits for the best taste.
