- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth (low sodium)
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of chicken soup (or homemade substitute)
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup heavy cream (optional for extra richness)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 1 lb uncooked pasta (penne or rotini work best)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
🔪 Short Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Place in crockpot.
