- 1 pound potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1 pound shrimp sausage, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the water, Cajun seasoning, and lemon slices in a slow cooker.
- Add the potatoes and cook on high for 180 minutes.
- Stir in the sausage and corn, cooking for an additional 60 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for another 30 minutes until the shrimp is pink and cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
Don’t overcook the shrimp; they cook very quickly. Adjust the spices to your taste and feel free to add more vegetables for extra flavor.
