Ingredients

  • 1 cup Green Grapes (washed)
  • 1 cup Red Grapes (washed)
  • 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
  • 1 medium Apple (diced)
  • 1 medium Banana (sliced just before serving)
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Almond Extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the fruits. Wash and cut the strawberries, grapes, and apple. Slice the banana just before serving to prevent browning.
  2. Combine the strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, apple, and banana in a large bowl. Mix gently so the fruits don’t get squished.
  3. Whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
