- 1 cup Strawberries (fresh, cut into pieces)
- 1 cup Green Grapes (washed)
- 1 cup Red Grapes (washed)
- 1 cup Blueberries (washed)
- 1 medium Apple (diced)
- 1 medium Banana (sliced just before serving)
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
Instructions
- Prepare all the fruits. Wash and cut the strawberries, grapes, and apple. Slice the banana just before serving to prevent browning.
- Combine the strawberries, green grapes, red grapes, blueberries, apple, and banana in a large bowl. Mix gently so the fruits don’t get squished.
- Whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and almond extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Drizzle the yogurt dressing over the fruit and toss lightly.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans on top for some crunch.
