Description

A soft, mild chia seed pudding that is safe and easy for babies to eat, packed with healthy fats and fiber.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fruit for topping (such as mashed banana or pureed berries)

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
  2. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir again and top with your chosen fruit.
  5. Serve to your little one and enjoy!

Notes

For younger babies, mix in more milk to achieve a thinner consistency. Always check the temperature before feeding.
