A soft, mild chia seed pudding that is safe and easy for babies to eat, packed with healthy fats and fiber.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Fruit for topping (such as mashed banana or pureed berries)
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir again and top with your chosen fruit.
- Serve to your little one and enjoy!
Notes
For younger babies, mix in more milk to achieve a thinner consistency. Always check the temperature before feeding.
