- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 1 pound corn on the cob, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons old bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the potatoes and corn on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with old bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the shrimp and lemon slices on top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
