Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare jalapeños by slicing them in half and removing the seeds.
- Fill each jalapeño half with cream cheese.
- Wrap each filled jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
- Place the wrapped jalapeños on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
- Serve the jalapeño poppers with tortilla chips and guacamole on the side.
Notes
Choose firm jalapeños for better handling and cooking. For a milder option, remove all the seeds and membranes inside the jalapeños. Experiment with different cheeses for a unique flavor twist.
