Description

A delicious and simple meal featuring grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil, perfect for summer dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  4. Place slices of mozzarella and tomato on top of the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
  5. Remove from the grill once the cheese has melted and top with fresh basil.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze if desired. Serve and enjoy!
