Description

A delightful naan pizza topped with fresh peaches, mozzarella, and aromatic basil, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 15 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the oil mixture over the naan bread.
  4. Place the naan breads on a sprayed cookie sheet.
  5. Add your slices of mozzarella on top of the naan.
  6. Place your sliced peaches evenly over the cheese.
  7. Season both naan breads with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
  9. While baking, optionally, add the balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan, bring to boil, then lower heat to simmer until reduced.
  10. When done, sprinkle the chopped basil leaves on top.
  11. Drizzle balsamic reduction over the pizzas before serving, if using.

Notes

Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and feel free to add additional toppings like prosciutto or arugula.
