A delightful naan pizza topped with fresh peaches, mozzarella, and aromatic basil, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 large naan breads
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 15 basil leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the olive oil and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- Brush the oil mixture over the naan bread.
- Place the naan breads on a sprayed cookie sheet.
- Add your slices of mozzarella on top of the naan.
- Place your sliced peaches evenly over the cheese.
- Season both naan breads with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
- While baking, optionally, add the balsamic vinegar to a small saucepan, bring to boil, then lower heat to simmer until reduced.
- When done, sprinkle the chopped basil leaves on top.
- Drizzle balsamic reduction over the pizzas before serving, if using.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor and feel free to add additional toppings like prosciutto or arugula.
