Easy Pizza Bombs are a fun and delicious treat filled with cheese and your favorite pizza toppings, all wrapped in dough and baked to perfection.

- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of pepperoni, diced
- 1/2 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of mozzarella cheese and diced pepperoni in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the pizza bombs seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve hot with pizza sauce for dipping. Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite toppings.
