Ingredients

- 2 pounds shrimp
- 1 pound crab legs
- 1 pound sausage (such as kielbasa or andouille)
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 8 cups water
- 4 ears of corn (halved)
- 2 lemons (halved)
- Salt to taste
- Butter (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Bring 8 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt and Old Bay seasoning.
- Add the sausages and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the crab legs and shrimp, and cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the seafood and corn.
- Serve hot with lemon halves and melted butter, if desired.
Notes
Adjust the cooking time based on the type of sausage used. Consider adding other seafood such as clams or mussels for more variety.
