Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Add baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add corn and sausage, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Finally, add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Drain the water, and in the same pot, toss the cooked mixture with melted butter.
  6. Season with salt and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a lighter version, omit the sausage or swap it with chicken. Add hot sauce for extra heat if desired.
