An Easy Shrimp Boil brings a taste of the coast to your home, perfect for gatherings or family meals.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 ears of corn, cut into halves
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning.
- Add baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add corn and sausage, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finally, add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-5 minutes.
- Drain the water, and in the same pot, toss the cooked mixture with melted butter.
- Season with salt and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a lighter version, omit the sausage or swap it with chicken. Add hot sauce for extra heat if desired.
