Description

Healthy and delicious egg muffins filled with spinach and feta, perfect for breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional add-ins: diced bell peppers, onions, or cooked turkey sausage

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach and feta cheese.
  4. Optional: add any additional ingredients you desire.
  5. Grease a muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are set and lightly golden.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
