Hi, I’m EMILY. Coming from a place surrounded by trees, grass, and flowers, my passion for cooking began with simple meals full of fragrant, soulful, and meaningful.

How do I choose my recipes?
Every time I walk into the kitchen, I realize the importance of preparing food that fits within the time and family. I cook to experience the joy of discovering something new. I explore international and local cuisine.
Every time I prepare a recipe, I feel like I’m traveling through time, and I never forget to gradually add my own personal touches. I want you to experiment, cook, and taste. The fun is in the experiment.
I cook for people who crave kitchen creativity but don’t have hours to spare: busy parents whipping up healthy dinners, newcomers who want success without stress, and adventurous home cooks looking for fresh ideas.
I firmly believe great food doesn’t need to be complicated it just needs heart, a bit of curiosity, and room to play.

How and why I started my blog?
This blog started with simple recipes and a dream to make cooking easier, more enjoyable, and more beneficial for others. Initially, it was only for friends and family.
But with the encouragement of many around me, I decided to share my recipes on howtomakerecipe.com, making it a warm community full of giving and the aroma of authentic cuisine, while at the same time adhering to the terme of use and a privacy policy
In my kitchen, every meal is an opportunity to craft stories through taste. I believe in moments like stirring a fragrant sauce while chatting with loved ones, or the satisfying crackle of vegetables hitting a hot pan.
It’s these small joys seeing a dish come together and filling your home with inviting aromas that remind me why I cook. I want that joy for you too. My hope is that each recipe here becomes a cherished memory, something you return to again and again, with a smile and a full heart.

Over the years, I’ve tried hundreds of recipes, some fail, some surprise, and some become family favorites. With each experiment and taste, my passion for cooking has grown.

I love experimenting with flavors that surprise the senses: a splash of citrus to brighten a hearty stew, a sprinkle of za’atar bringing warmth to roasted vegetables, or a drizzle of honey balancing spice in a savory dish.
I celebrate seasonality and simplicity, believing that the best meals come from quality ingredients and joyful preparation.
Whether I’m teaching a friend to roll her first dough or tweaking a spice blend at midnight, every moment in the kitchen sparks creativity, and that spark is what I hope to share with you.
