Description

Fun and festive cookies perfect for celebrations like the 4th of July, combining cookie crunch with colorful candy bits.


Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup crushed cookies (like Oreo)
  • 1/2 cup red, white, and blue candies (M&Ms or similar)
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the white cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in the crushed cookies, red, white, and blue candies, and sprinkles.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
