- 8 slices of bread
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 8 sausage links
- Butter for frying
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Place a sausage link at one end of each bread slice and roll it up tightly.
- Dip each roll in the egg mixture until fully coated.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
- Serve warm with maple syrup for dipping.
Notes
Try adding chocolate chips or fruit inside the rolls before frying for extra flavor.
