Ingredients

- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 ounces feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or oil for frying
- Optional: lettuce, tomato, or avocado
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and yolks are cooked to your liking.
- Meanwhile, toast the slices of bread.
- Once toasted, place feta cheese on one slice of bread.
- Add the fried egg on top of the feta.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add any optional toppings such as lettuce, tomato, or avocado.
- Top with the second slice of bread, cut in half, and serve.
