Description

Refreshing and healthy fruit popsicles made with fresh fruits and juices, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 cups mango, diced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • 1 cup yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries with lemonade until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid, about 240-360 minutes.
  2. Blend watermelon with lime juice and pour into molds. Freeze until solid.
  3. Blend mango with orange juice and pour into molds. Freeze until solid.
  4. Mix yogurt with a variety of mixed berries and pour into molds. Freeze until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the popsicle molds for a few seconds to unmold.

Notes

Store popsicles in the freezer wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to two months. Experiment with different fruits and juices for unique flavors.
