- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- Your choice of toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
- Roll the dough out and cut it into circles.
- Place a tablespoon of pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings on one half of each circle.
- Fold the dough over and crimp the edges to seal.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Make sure not to overfill the pockets to prevent them from bursting while baking.
