Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the boiling water; the batter will be thin.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost with icing as desired.
