- 8 oz bow tie pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors meld.

Best served chilled. Consider adding the dressing just before serving to maintain pasta texture.
