Description

These Keto Avocado Fries are a quick, low-carb snack or side dish that are rich, crispy, and a delight for guests.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into wedges.
  2. In one bowl, whisk the eggs.
  3. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each avocado wedge into the egg, then coat it in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the coated avocado wedges until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Drain on a paper towel and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
