Description

A refreshing no-bake dessert combining creamy flavors with lemon, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package lemon pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  2. Mix together the powdered sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
  3. Combine the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, water, and lemon pudding mix in a separate bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a thicker crust, add a few tablespoons of butter to the graham cracker mixture. Try garnishing with fresh lemon slices or mint leaves.
