- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package lemon pudding mix
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Mix together the powdered sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and spread the mixture over the cooled crust.
- Combine the lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, water, and lemon pudding mix in a separate bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a thicker crust, add a few tablespoons of butter to the graham cracker mixture. Try garnishing with fresh lemon slices or mint leaves.
