Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 1/4 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another.
  2. Pour the wet into the dry and fold gently.
  3. Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Heat a lightly buttered griddle to medium.
  5. Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. Serve right away with your favorite toppings.
