Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl and the wet in another.
- Pour the wet into the dry and fold gently.
- Let the batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
- Heat a lightly buttered griddle to medium.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- Serve right away with your favorite toppings.
