- 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 4–6 small red potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, halved
- Old Bay seasoning, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Butter, melted (for sauce)
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add Old Bay seasoning and salt.
- Add the potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the sausage and corn, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- Drain the boil and spread it out on a large serving platter.
- Serve with melted butter and lemon for dipping.
Notes
For added flavor, experiment with spices and herbs. You can also include other vegetables for variety.
