Ingredients

- 4 quarts water
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 1 pound small red potatoes
- 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound shrimp, deveined and shell-on
- 4 ears of corn, cut into pieces
- 1/2 lemon, quartered
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring the water and Old Bay seasoning to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes until they start to soften.
- Include the sausage to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Finally, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the pot and spread the mixture out on a large table covered with newspaper.
- Garnish with lemon and parsley before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the shrimp; they should be just pink and tender. Customize ingredients based on your preference.
