Mac and Cheese Muffins are a bite-sized twist on the classic dish. Cheesy, golden, and fun to eat, they’re perfect for kids, snacks, or party appetizers.
🥣 Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
🔪 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Cook macaroni until tender, drain well.
- In a bowl, combine pasta, egg, butter, mozzarella, cheddar, and milk. Mix well.
- Spoon into muffin cups.
- Mix breadcrumbs, olive oil, and salt. Sprinkle over muffins.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Cool slightly before removing from tin.
