- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 medium banana, sliced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (if needed)
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of frozen mango, the sliced banana, coconut milk, lemon juice, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Add the remaining 1 cup of frozen mango and blend again until smooth.
- If you want a thicker smoothie, add 2-4 ice cubes and blend again.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Serve fresh for the best taste. Garnish with a slice of mango or mint for decoration.
