Description

A delicious and refreshing smoothie combining tropical flavors and creamy textures, perfect for any time of the day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (if needed)

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of frozen mango, the sliced banana, coconut milk, lemon juice, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  3. Add the remaining 1 cup of frozen mango and blend again until smooth.
  4. If you want a thicker smoothie, add 2-4 ice cubes and blend again.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Serve fresh for the best taste. Garnish with a slice of mango or mint for decoration.
