Description

A bright and refreshing dessert made with ripe mangoes and strawberries, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes and hull the strawberries.
  2. In a blender, combine the mangoes, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 120 minutes.
  5. Stir every 30 minutes to break up the ice crystals.
  6. Once fully frozen, scoop into bowls and serve.

Notes

You can garnish with fresh mint leaves or slices of fruit for extra flavor.
