Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mangoes and hull the strawberries.
- In a blender, combine the mangoes, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 120 minutes.
- Stir every 30 minutes to break up the ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop into bowls and serve.
Notes
You can garnish with fresh mint leaves or slices of fruit for extra flavor.
