- 4 large eggs
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Add the cherry tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Crumble the feta cheese over the tomatoes.
- Make four small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well.
- Season the eggs with additional salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set to your liking.
