These Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls combine sweet Hawaiian rolls with gooey melted cheese, making them a fun, quick snack or meal.

- 8 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Optional: garlic powder, herbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Butter the inside of each roll.
- Place cheese slices on top of the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Optional: Sprinkle with garlic powder or herbs for added flavor.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top and butter the outside.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melting and the rolls are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
