Description

These Mini Grilled Cheese Hawaiian Rolls combine sweet Hawaiian rolls with gooey melted cheese, making them a fun, quick snack or meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 slices cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional: garlic powder, herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Butter the inside of each roll.
  4. Place cheese slices on top of the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Optional: Sprinkle with garlic powder or herbs for added flavor.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on top and butter the outside.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melting and the rolls are golden brown.
