Fun and cute mini pancakes shaped like bunny faces, perfect for kids and a playful breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (plus more for the pan)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips or small candies for eyes and mouth
- Food coloring (optional, for pink or blue bunnies)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Pour wet mix into dry mix and stir until smooth. Let rest 5 minutes.
- Put batter into a squeeze bottle or a small piping bag. You can also use a spoon.
- Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and add a little butter.
- Squeeze a small round for the head on the pan. Make two small long drops on top for ears.
- When small bubbles form and the edges look set, place two chocolate chips for eyes and one small dot for the mouth.
- Flip carefully and cook 30–60 seconds more until golden.
- Repeat until batter is used. Keep heat low so the shapes hold.
Notes
Serve with syrup or fruit and dust with powdered sugar for a nice look. Make sure to keep the heat low to maintain the shape of the pancakes.
