Mini pizzas are a customizable snack perfect for parties and movie nights.
Ingredients
- English muffins or small pizza bases
- Pizza sauce
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
- Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Split the English muffins or pizza bases in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Spread a layer of pizza sauce on each half.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add your choice of toppings.
- Sprinkle oregano on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use a variety of toppings to cater to everyone’s taste. For a healthier version, add more veggies and use whole-grain pizza bases.
