- 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Moroccan Spice Blend
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- Wooden or metal kebab skewers
Instructions
- Start by slicing the chicken into thin strips if you’re using full breasts.
- In a large zip-lock bag, combine the salt, Moroccan Spice Blend, and any additional spices.
- Add the sliced chicken to the bag and pour in the olive oil.
- Seal the bag and squish it gently to coat the chicken.
- Crush in the garlic cloves and mix well.
- Place the sealed bag in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour.
- Once marinated, carefully thread the chicken onto your skewers.
- To cook, heat your BBQ or a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the skewers for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Notes
For enhanced flavor, consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini to the skewers.
