Description

Boldly flavored Moroccan Chicken Skewers, perfect for grilling during gatherings or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Moroccan Spice Blend
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Wooden or metal kebab skewers

Instructions

  1. Start by slicing the chicken into thin strips if you’re using full breasts.
  2. In a large zip-lock bag, combine the salt, Moroccan Spice Blend, and any additional spices.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the bag and pour in the olive oil.
  4. Seal the bag and squish it gently to coat the chicken.
  5. Crush in the garlic cloves and mix well.
  6. Place the sealed bag in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour.
  7. Once marinated, carefully thread the chicken onto your skewers.
  8. To cook, heat your BBQ or a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  9. Cook the skewers for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini to the skewers.
