Ingredients
- Cajun seasoning
- Andouille sausage
- Lobster
- Shrimp
- Crab
- Sweet corn
- Butter
- Lemon

Instructions
- In a large pot, fill it with water and bring it to a boil. Add Cajun seasoning, sliced Andouille sausage, and corn. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
- Add lobster, shrimp, and crab to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through.
- Drain the pot and set aside the seafood and corn.
- In a separate pan, melt butter with minced garlic and a squeeze of lemon.
- Toss the seafood and corn with the buttery sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with lemon wedges, and enjoy!
Notes
Soak the corn in water for an hour before cooking for enhanced flavor. Add other seafood like mussels or clams as desired.
