Description

Festive and delicious no-bake dessert perfect for Fourth of July celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a serving dish to form a crust.
  2. Mix the whipped cream with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until smooth in another bowl.
  3. Spread about half of this mixture over the crust.
  4. Layer sliced strawberries and blueberries on top.
  5. Pour the remaining whipped cream mixture over the fruit and smooth it out.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
  7. Garnish with additional berries if desired.

Notes

Use fresh berries for the best flavor. Dessert can be made a day in advance.
