Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into mini pie pans and chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form in another bowl.
  4. Mix sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  5. Fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth.
  6. Layer sliced bananas into the chilled crusts.
  7. Spoon the creamy filling over the bananas.

Notes

Use ripe but firm bananas for best results. Chill crusts well to avoid crumbling.
