- 1 package of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
- Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into mini pie pans and chill for 15 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form in another bowl.
- Mix sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Fold whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth.
- Layer sliced bananas into the chilled crusts.
- Spoon the creamy filling over the bananas.
- Chill pies in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas for best results. Chill crusts well to avoid crumbling.
