Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Layer the torn croissant pieces in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, ensuring they are well soaked.
- Sprinkle cheese and cooked bacon or sausage on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
