Description

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of White Cake Mix
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup Strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 Cup Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Whipped Topping
  • Red and Blue Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the white cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix for about 2 minutes until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake according to package directions for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then poke holes all over the top.
  5. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the warm cake, allowing it to soak in.
  6. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Spread the whipped topping evenly across the cake.
