- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in sliced peaches and pour the cheesecake filling over the crust.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon and salt over the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
