A refreshing peach sorbet made with just four simple ingredients. Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients

- 4 cups frozen peach slices (or fresh sliced peaches)
- ½ cup granulated white cane sugar
- ¼ cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
Instructions
- Combine the peaches, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a metal loaf pan or another similar freezer-safe container and cover if necessary.
- Place into the freezer for at least 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Remove the sorbet from the freezer and allow it to thaw for 5 minutes before scooping.
- Enjoy your refreshing peach sorbet!
Notes
For best flavor, use ripe peaches. You can also blend in other fruits for a unique twist.
