Instructions
- In a blender, combine the rolled oats, banana, peanut butter, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If desired, add ice cubes to make it chilled and blend again.

Notes
For a thicker texture, freeze the banana beforehand. Adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup or honey. You can substitute peanut butter with almond or sunflower seed butter.
