- 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix together chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the pecan filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
