Description

  • 1 can (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (optional, for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together chopped pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the pecan filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet. If desired, brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
