Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread pesto on each slice of toast.
- Spread the mashed avocado on top of the pesto.
- Cook eggs to your preference (poached, scrambled, or fried).
- Place the cooked eggs on top of the avocado.
