Description
A warm and comforting potsticker soup that combines flavorful broth, dumplings, and fresh vegetables, perfect for cold days or when you’re feeling under the weather.
Ingredients

- Potstickers or dumplings
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 cups baby spinach or other greens
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Soy sauce to taste
- Sesame oil (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions or until they are heated through.
- Stir in the sliced carrots and cook for about 2 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the greens and allow them to wilt.
- Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
Feel free to customize with more vegetables or thicker broth if desired. Perfect with a side of steamed rice or crusty bread.
