Ingredients

Scale
  • Potstickers or dumplings
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cups baby spinach or other greens

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the potstickers and cook according to package instructions or until they are heated through.
  4. Stir in the sliced carrots and cook for about 2 minutes until they are tender.
  5. Add the greens and allow them to wilt.
  6. Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

Feel free to customize with more vegetables or thicker broth if desired. Perfect with a side of steamed rice or crusty bread.
